Waleska Lugo-DeJesús is the CEO of Inclusive Strategies, LLC, and a nationally certified Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging facilitator with over twenty years of experience in the private, nonprofit sector, higher education, and healthcare systems. She is known for her human-centered, racial healing approach to address systemic racism and promote equitable environments and communities. Waleska is actively involved in various advocacy and community organizations, serving as a commissioner, board member, and advisor, working to empower women of color, address health disparities, and promote civic engagement.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the community and dedication to fostering positive social change, Waleska was announced as the Grand Marshal for the 2023 Springfield Puerto Rican Parade. Through this platform, she aims to emphasize unity among black and brown communities, encouraging them to come together, challenge systemic racism, and create a more inclusive society for all. Waleska has received numerous professional and civic awards, honoring her vision, advocacy, and commitment to social justice, diversity, and inclusion.
