Attorney Pellegrino has a proven track record of negotiating and litigating personal injury cases. Of specific and recent importance is the litigation and settlement of the Big Dig Tunnel Collapse case for $28 million on behalf of the husband for the death of his wife, which was caused by the collapse of a ceiling tile in Boston’s Big Dig tunnel. Furthermore, he helped negotiate the settlement, as part of a legal team effort, of the explosion at Jahn Foundry for $35 million.

Other significant cases had the following results: an award of $3.5 million in a Civil Rights/Wrongful Death case, an award of $2.6 million in a Medical Malpractice case, an award of $1.7 million in a Construction Accident case, an award of $1.5 million from an Auto Accident judgment and an award of $1.275 million from a Hampden County Jury verdict in an Auto Accident case.
