Mr. Volpe has extensive experience in Creditor’s Rights and Real Estate Law. He has worked for the two of the largest Creditor’s Rights firms in New England and represented large lending institutions in foreclosure proceedings throughout the region. Mr. Volpe also has over 15 years experience in conducting real estate closings representing buyers, sellers and banks.
Mr. Volpe started his career in Rutland, Vermont where he represented clients on residential and commercial transactions and creditor’s in collection and foreclosure matters. He then moved back to his native Rhode Island where he continued and developed his real estate and creditor’s rights practice.
Active in volunteering
Mr. Volpe is admitted to the state and federal bars in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and Vermont Bar Association.
He attended Bates College in Lewiston, Maine where he graduated with High Honors in Political Science, graduated fourth in his class and was inducted into Phi Beta Kapa While at Bates he was active in pre-law moot court and international relations mock competitions.
Mr. Volpe attended Boston University School of Law and continued to participate in moot court competitions.
He is active in volunteering at St. Martha’s School and St. Patrick’s Church in Enfield, Connecticut.
Mr. Volpe is married with three children.
