Attorney Isaac Fleisher is a skilled transactional attorney with experience representing businesses at all stages of development. His practice is focused on business formation, business financing, real estate transactions, zoning & land use, and copyright.
He is adept at navigating complex and changing regulatory environments and always strives to be at the forefront of new industries and legal developments. At Raipher P.C., Attorney Fleisher has developed an expertise in the renewable energy industry and has helped investors and developers acquire, finance and build commercial solar power facilities throughout the North East.

He began his legal career in New York City where he served as In-House Counsel for Tams-Witmark, Inc., one of the top licensing houses for theatrical rights in the world. He counseled corporate executives on a wide range of legal issues, negotiated licensing agreements with theaters all over the world and managed a large library of copyrights to well-known works of musical theatre.
Attorney Fleisher received his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where his studies focused on land use and environmental sustainability and he graduated magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and he is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Isaac is a Board Member of the Lander Grinspoon Academy.

Attorney Fleisher is a native of Western Massachusetts and is passionate about helping his clients and his community. He is an active member of the local Jewish community. He also volunteers with Legal Food Hub, a non-profit providing free legal services to farmers and food-entrepreneurs in New England.
